Meats and Fillings

Pastor, Cochinita, Tinga, Mushrooms

♨️ Reheating

Make small holes in the vacuum sealed bag and heat it in a microwave for around 2 minutes or until it is piping hot thoroughly. Do not overdo it or microwave it open (out of bag) as that may render the meat (especially the Pastor) dry and chewy.

❄️ Refrigerating

If you are not planning to eat it straight away, you can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days from the date of delivery.

🧊🧊 Freezing

We always recommend you to purchase our Taco Kits as close to the date you are planning to eat as possible. However, if you still want to buy for later consumption, you can store the packets in the freezer for up to 2 weeks from the date of delivery.
